Here at Plumbers' Supply we strive for a robust and easy to use online experience. We want to ensure that our valued customers are able to make use of the tools that we create, and that they can do so without worry. With that in mind, we are proud to present the all new Plumbers' Supply Co Ecommerce Website! Not only is the new site equipped with a brand new, sleek and streamlined design, we have added a whole set of brand new features for you to use and updated some of the existing features that are loved. From our all new Home Dashboard to our updated Cart system, we hope that you will find these features valuable and useful. We would also like to express that although the site looks new, your username and password are exactly the same, login with your usual credentials! New Features

Convenience and efficiency are the name of the game when it comes to our new features. Everything you need in one place, saving time when you're in a hurry.

Home Dashboard

With the goal of added convenience in mind, the brand new Home Dashboard has quick access to Job Lists, Scratch & Dent, Order History and a link to Online Bill Pay through BillTrust. The Home Dashboard allows for easy access to convenient features, meaning fewer clicks to get things done.

Express Checkout

We've also added a brand new Express Checkout option, allowing a quick and easy checkout for when you're in a hurry. Just fill out your PO Number, click Submit Order - and you're done!

 
 

Recent Purchases

Another excellent feature is the Recent Purchases page. It enables you to swiftly review your most recent purchases, providing easy access to recently bought products. Also accessible as a fly-out menu, it offers a quick glimpse at your latest purchases.

Previously Purchased

The final new addition to our feature list is the Previously Purchased tag that you will see on products that you have ordered before. This allows you to casuall track and reorder products that you use frequently, and ensures that you are ordering some of your favorite products.

Updated Features

Similar to our set of new features, we also took the time to look at current, existing features in an attempt to pinpoint ways to improve. We believe that while new features are great, the core features of our site needed improvement. The goal is to make your job easier. Here you'll find further information on changes to some of your favorite features.

Job Lists

We've condensed our Saved Orders and My Lists features into one, easier to use feature called Job Lists. Here, you can build out product lists that are either permanently saved to your account for reuse, or one-time lists that are deleted after purchase for quoting jobs or tracking material lists for future work. A new filtering option has been added as well, allowing you to see lists that Plumbers' Supply has published. Check these out, we may have something that fits what you're working on.

Search Bar

There is some new functionality in the search bar, which will allow you to add products to your cart right from the search bar! Just enter a few keywords and, when you find what you're looking for, click the add to cart button.

Cart

Finally, the cart is now equipped with a fly-out window, allowing you to quickly double check what is in your cart while you are shopping! In this window you have the option to proceed with Express Checkout or our traditional checkout by clicking into the Cart Summary. Here, you can quickly edit item quantity and even remove items from your cart.
